We found our 2005 XC90 online and thought going an hour north was a bit too far. So glad we ignored our thoughts and made the trip up to Precision! Thanks to Sean and Dave for a seamless purchase transaction and for constant follow up and attentiveness. Then there is the expertise when it comes to service. Bonnie, Tom and Dan are an asset to your organization and such a pleasure to deal with. Our XC90 has been great thanks to your wonderful care! Sean started to service my Volvo in 2005. The service was great, the price never inflated and the care he and his staff gave to my car was excellent. In 2011, he began to service my second car (VW Jetta)as soon as it came off warranty. I trust these guys so much that when I took a job in Boston, he still serviced my cars and I told him to find me a new Volvo. I gave him the specs and the price range. He came in under budget with exactly what I wanted. I bought the car sight unseen and without test driving it. How many places would you feel comfortable doing that. 'Nuff

I can't say enough about Precision and their staff or the quality of their work. Their passion for their business shows in every aspect of your contact with them. From Bonnie's cheerful phone greeting you are in the best of hands. I took my pre-owned xc90 to them and after one visit I vowed I would never go anywhere else. I purchased a car for my daughter through Sean and he went out of his way to make it a smooth transaction and the right car for us. He follows through whenever we need him, even going so far as to find a Volvo shop in the city where my daughter lives and helping her whenever an issue arises (even though she lives 900 miles away)! We began bringing all our cars to them and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their knowledge and love for what they do shows. I didn't think there were places like this anymore, but Sean and his team prove that there is still top notch customer service available. They leave no stone unturned to make sure the customer is satisfied and the car is fixed! I have referred numerous people to Precision and they all feel the same way and have gone on to purchase Volvo's from Sean as well. Sean's staff of mechanics explain things so you know exactly what is going on and are always willing to speak to you with any concern.

But you made it happen and I really appreciate it. It's clear your number one focus is customer satisfaction. I've been bringing my cars to you since 2006 and it’s been great to see that as the business has grown you haven't forgotten that. We bought our first Volvo from Dave and Sean 10 years ago in 4/03. The car had 33K and with Sean and crew's expert care and maintenance we are still driving it today at 175K. We bought another Volvo from them two years ago and Precision now services three Volvo's and two other vehicles for us. We have been extremely satisfied with the customer service and terrific attitude of everybody there. Sean always goes out of his way to accommodate us and to do the work in the most practical way, but yet expertly and without compromise of quality or safety. I was really shocked when I drove my car off the lot. It sounded better, handled better and drove better. I have to wonder what these other guys do when I have them service my car. People think I'm nuts when I tell them I drive 40 minutes for an oil change. Please tell the guys how much I appreciate their work. You are all great people and great professionals.
